Hello, I live in the Houston, NASA area and I need a dedicated partner. I have 8 years experience working in coffee shops and have worked hard at writing a business plan. I have an excellent opportunity in an approved space (Starbucks wanted to be in this space, but they were turned down because the facility manager liked me better!) I am ready to fund it and open it, but life circumstances are keeping me from being able to dedicate enough time. So, I need to bring on a motivated partner who is willing to have input with my business plan, share my vision and put in the work necessary to open and grow coffee and tea houses in the NASA and Houston area.
