Hi Ambrose - I have a 7 Kg Diedrich roaster for sale.  It is an electric roaster, a prototype machine that Diedrich built in the early '80s but never went into production.   It is basically an IR7 but  electric instead of gas. Works beautifully. 

220 volt, 3-phase, 60 amp.

It is located in st. Paul, MN
