Hi there,
I want to move to Boston in September. Looking for Barista work. I have never used this site before so any help anyone can offer is very much appreciated :-D
Thank you!!
Andrew.

Thinking Cup on Tremont is the best there is in Boston. They serve Stumptown...only ones in the city that do. Great place to get a drink, bet it is even better to work there!
Best of luck.
Thinking Cup is good, but I'm not sure I'd say it is the best there is in Boston. That depends on a lot of things.
A while ago I made this map http://bit.ly/BostonCafes that might be a good place to start, but I can't say any of them are hiring.
hey, thanks for the tip.
I approached thinkingcup 2 months ago after my trip to Boston...and i got offered a job depending on visa. However i got a bit of a frosty response (mainly involving the visa, not for the actual job) from the owner, so I'd like to look elsewhere. It wasn not my intention to upset anyone or to cause problems. I'm not out to hoodwink anyone out of a visa, I do really really want to move to Boston and work in a cafe. Alas, I doubt he'd offer me the same position again. However i was impressed with what they were trying to do and if there was any way of getting in again, i would jump at the chance.
