Malabar Gold Supreme on YouTube by Food Channel
We displayed our premium European Espresso, Malabar Gold Supreme, at the recent Winter Fancy Food Show in San Francisco. The Food Channel shot a video and posted it on YouTube.

Cool video; very well explained. Is that a 100% Malabar espresso? If not, do you mind disclosing the blend? The shot looked a tad on the quick side to me, but the resulting crema was pretty unreal...

Malabar Gold is an espresso blend that is proprietary to us. It uses the Monsooned Malabar-AA Super Grade coffee as the base. The blend has three other coffees in it.
The shot took 30 seconds from the press of the button to the end of the pour. But on editing, they seem to have sped up that portion of the video.
