Hey Gang,

One of my shops recently switched to a milk dispenser similar to the ones we're discussing here. We use twin 5-gallon bags (Whole Milk and 1%), and after a brief adjustment period, I find that it is working out quite well - plus the milk is cheaper in 5 gallon bags than in 1 gallon jugs. Also, our milk distributor provided us with the dispenser for free, which is a huge plus. If you buy your milk through a distribution company, I would recommend seeing if they could provide you the same kind of deal. Many college cafeterias, hotels, etc, use this kind of device, so a large enough distributor (depending on how big a customer you are) ought to be able to help you out.
