I'm curious to hear the community report on the extent of a useful temperature range on milk/soy etc...

Say for instance you wanted a custom thermometer that only read a certain range...would 130-180 be broad enough or are there drinks being served at specific temperatures outside that range?

I almost never steamed anything cooler than 120 or over 170. 120ish is common for kids drinks. Might be kind of hard to hit a shutoff at 120 if you don't get visibility until then, so starting at 100 would probably improve usability.

I agree 100% with Brady's comment.

Aim between 140-160. Extra hot is extra hot, some people request 210, what are you supposed to do?
