Hey everybody,
I own a small coffeeshop in Southeast Tennessee and want to build a mobile espresso cart for events around town. I want it to be completely off grid so I can put it anywhere. I know I need fresh water tanks, gray water tanks, a water pump and water filters. I also need a battery and inverter to run the pump and the grinder. I was looking at the Astoria Gloria AL2 with a propane tank.
What resources do you all use to build yours, if you have. I don't want one on a bike, which there seems to be plenty of those available. I want one that I can push into a building and run.
What else am I missing?
