I just got approved for coffee at a local music festival. My rights are for pour over and iced coffee. I thought I would do toddy with the convenience of space. Now comes the fun part. Planning! I was thinking of just a one size coffee for the pour over to save time, but then again, I do have three yami decanters. I've worked festivals before, but this will be the first time having rights to coffee.
And for those with toddy or iced coffee concentrate experience, what are some good recipes and ratios to work with in regards to practicality for festivals and speed?
I'll take all the help I can get!
