I am going to Brooklyn, NY next week: Tue-Sun and I'm looking for some tips on roasters and cuppings

There seems to be loads of cool/great coffeshops:    Grumpy, Gimme, Stumptown@Ace, Kaffe 1668, Third Rail, Ninth Street, Caffetteria Soho, Abraco to name the ones that seem most interesting on paper.....  great!

and roasters Blue Bottle Brooklyn, Gorilla, Stumptown Red Hook seem to be open for public viewing, I hope to make it to Blue Bottles Tuesday noon cupping and will also go to Stumptown on Friday for cupping.  But are there more good/great roasters that are open and interesting to visit in the city?  any throwdowns or anything else happing?

if anyone will join me for a couple of coffeeshops visits, let me know!  :-)

Thanks!

Counter Culture hosts Friday cuppings in their training centre.
I don't know if Gorilla's roastery is also open to the public, but they do not roast in their cafe, if that's what you were expecting
