Give them a taste - and make sure you produce excellent coffee.  They may like it, they may not. Depends on the person.

By knowing and tasting your product so often that you are now equipped to speak with authority on the flavors and nuances of your product.

How can you trust a tea drinker to make good espresso?

By training your people to your strict and high standards and constantly working with and encouraging them to deliver those results consistently day in and day out.
