Does anyone have any performance evaluation formats or assistant manager job descriptions they want to share?  Thanks.

Performance Evaluations are easy. I have my employes write their own evaluations. I do not set the stage as it were but simply tell them to evaluate their abilities. Afterward we discuss their evaluation and allow them to substantiate their statements. As to manager abilities you already know what you want/need there seek out that person.
