Hi
I am in the process of setting up my own mobile coffee and sandwich shop in Aberdeen, Scotland. I am pretty clued up on everything, other than what is required to power my electrical equipment. As I will be set up in the street with no direct access to power, I will need to power via a generator and will need to power the following electrical appliances;
- Coffee Machine - 2 group
- Electric Coffee Grinder
- Soup Kettle
- Fridge - 3 door
- Hot water Urn
I am finding it difficult to establish what sort of cost this will be to power all this, and also the size of generator I may require? Can anyone advise?
