I currently own two Rancilio units one is the Classe 8 Automatic tall which we have in our coffee shop. The newest one a Classe 6 simi auto located in our restaurant. I've owned the Class 8 for almost 4 years, other then yearly upkeep this unit runs great. Thats why we purchased the Class 6 for our restaurant. Very easy to use, to clean and to find parts.
I do know a few places that started with the Epoca and after a year or so trashed it and moved up. I rather spend a few more bucks up front and buy a better unit.
