Religion and the new coffee shop
This is not a serious post.
I've been making plans for my new shop for nearly about 18 months. During that period, I've re-written my spreadsheets too many times to count - but at least twice for each location I had considered. So the final cost to complete the build-out and purchase all the equipment is no surprise.
However, as checks are being written, and on-line charges are being charged, I've gone from, "Oh Man." to "Holy Cow." to "Holy Moly!" to "Oh My God!". In spite of the fact that I'm coming in under budget so far, the reality of making the investment looks and feels different than the planned costs.
Looks like the doors should be open in mid-January.
