My company is looking for an experienced roaster to join our team!  We are a small but fast-growing roaster-retailer with 7 café locations, based out of downtown Buffalo, NY.  We are an active SCAA member and participate in the Barista and Roaster guilds.

The position will require:
• Roaster operation, safety, and maintenance experience.
• Coffee knowledge including green buying, brewing theory, and profile and blend creation.
• Cupping experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Shipping, receiving, and ordering duties.
• Mechanical/electrical skills are a plus!
