Diedrich IR3 (7 lb roaster used to be called an IR7) with spare bearings, squirrel cages, and motor for ease in cleaning and maintenance. Manually controlled roast. Comes with written tried and true instruction on this particular machine. Machine well cared for and clean. A few surface blemishes but still pretty enough for a shop setting. Great machine. Well constructed and fully supported by the company. Comes with manuals.
I will sadly miss "Booger". :-) Will pull a perfect 12 minute roast. I am roasting on the IR 12 these days so it's time for it to find a new loving roastery to call home.
$6K
Removal and Shipping is extra and at cost.

Hello all. I found this and I can't get it right now but thought someone here might like to see it if they're looking: http://sanantonio.craigslist.org/bfs/2308820146.html
"Fully operational 220V/30amp electric drum coffee roaster for sale. Purchased brand new in 2006. Excellent working condition. Approximately 1000 lbs roasted on it. Sits tabletop. Powered by three 1000 watt heating elements + includes one spare heating element. Upgraded temperature readout for more accurate temp gauging. Upgraded to heavy duty electric rocker switches. Upgraded to heavy duty twist lock 220V plug. Includes fully operational cyclone chaff collector, also in excellent condition. This roaster is the perfect small volume shop roaster that can sit in the front of any cafe. It can and does very easily roast small sample batches of as little as 100 grams. This roaster was in production from 2006-2008, where the bulk of its use came about. It has seen very light but regular use since 2008, when we began using a larger capacity roaster for production. Comes with manual. While this roaster is in excellent condition, it is offered "as is" and thus carries no warranty. Extremely easy to learn/use and is the perfect "starter roaster" for someone looking to get into commercial roasting. More pictures/info upon request. Test drive upon request. We are happy to freight ship this to any point in the US with buyer paying all related freight costs. Roaster will ONLY be available for pickup or to ship once funds have been cleared into seller's account."

Hello all,
looking to buy Diedrich IR2.5 or similar capacity roaster. Any tips where to find one used would be most appreciated.
Thanks!
Martin
I have both a Pneumatic Loader and Destoner for a Diedrich IR-12 w/automation.
I purchased a "package deal" slightly used (roaster, afterburner, automation, loader and destoner) and have never used the loader or destoner.
I am happy to sell the together or separate at $3000 each or perhaps slightly less as a package deal.
Feel free to contact me for pics and questions.
