The Irish Chapter of The Speciality Coffee Association of Europe are pleased to announce the new machine sponsor for the next three years incorporating the Irish Barista Championships for 2009, 2010 and 2011.
The new sponsor is CMA ASTORIA who will be providing 4 of their revolutionary machines ‘Plus 4 You’ for use as well as grinders and technical support. CMA have also contributed financially to the Chapter.
The Plus 4 You is their new “multi” boiler espresso machine and ensures complete temperature stability. It also has a unique intelligent eco mode which helps reduces the end user energy costs and is environmentally beneficial..

how are you going to calibrate temperature for WBC...

well are able to set the temperature to 0.1 degree, the SCAE.ie will confirm the requirements and we will adjust the machine's to the required setting.
This is a standard feature of the +4.
