Seattle Cafe bike Tour

I'm coming a day early from Tennessee to make the most out of my first Coffeefest Seattle trip. I want to spend Wednesday peddling the downtown area. Shots of esp untill 4:00 then switching to something harder. Where should I stop? No pods or McCafe"s please.
