I don't mean a photo of your menuboards - I want to see how all your drinks are presented and defined - I'm curious about the variation around the world.
So, this thread is for everyone to post some pictures of their coffees - latte/cappucino/etc and perhaps a brief snippet of how and why its presented the way it is.

This is our 'Flat White', served in a 180ml ACF cup. Tastes a tad stronger than a Latte due to the cup being about 40 or 60ml smaller. Just a shot of coffee with textured milk poured through.

The Cafe Latte - served in a glass around 240ml I think. Really needs little explanation - espresso + milk = latte.

The Mighty 'Long Black' - served at about 140 or 150ml, hot water with a double ristretto pulled on top, served within about 30 seconds so the customer gets to gaze at the velvet crema on top before it disolves.

The Macchiato - I have to tell you now, our espresso is pulled quite short - perhaps 22ml of coffee? We serve based on maximising the best possible flavour profile of the coffee rather than a set of what we believe to be rather outdated rules. So anyway, our macchiato - a shot of espresso with a touch of milk, totalling about 30ml.

Cappuccino - same cup as a flat white, the only real difference is we dust the shot of espresso with chocolate before pouring the milk in. Oh, and this one is poured by a colleague.
That'll do me for now. We also serve the Mocha, Piccolo, and of course, the Espresso and Ristretto.
Lets see how you folks do things!
Cheers!
