I'm curious about how other coffee shops utilize the internet, and how they present themselves online. What does your cafe website look like? What do you primarily focus it towards (or what are your goals with it?) What sort of upkeep do you practice, how often is it updated, and by who?

Thanks! :) Can't wait to see your sites!

I have a Facebook page called The Mill Cafe. My espresso machine provider and POS system provider are on FB as well and added to the page. The shop is not open yet (we have 3 weeks) though. A dedicated web site is going to come soon to.
Great site Jay, gives a good feel for who you are. Love the group pics with your baristas
My site is about coffee and food combinations. Take a look:)

Under construction in a few areas - pricing/menu structure and streamlining the musician/booking tabs. Also, we really don't like our music calendar and we're looking for something easier to utilize.

We try to update the blog weekly. Our integrated music calendar is updated 1-2 months in advance by our booking fella. Also, we utilize Twitter both for the shop and the open mic, as well as Facebook and Myspace, thought the MS doesn't get as much attention as it should. We also have a monthly e-newsletter. We find that FB is the best for advertising daily shows/specials, and the site is best for folks trying to learn about us.
I dig this. : )
