At the shop where I work, we are holding a month-long fundraising event for African awareness. For the event, we decided to buy two new green African beans to help spread some African love to our customers: Tanzania and Zimbabwe.
My main question is: What are the best, or most optimum roast temperatures you have encountered with both beans that bring out the best flavor profiles and nuances?
We are currently experimenting with different roasting temperatures for both, and I mainly wanted to post something asking for some honest and professional opinions, tips, and advice. Thanks!
