Does this book give suggestions on fun ways to clean windows, mop the floor, dust shelves, take out trash, perform accounting tasks, etc?

No, because that stuff just can't be more fun. That's like saying, Does it have tips on making a clown creepy. It's already there. But there is a great instruction on how to fake like your shoving an entire straw up your nose. That's always a handy trick.
