Has anybody gotten a chance to experience the new Cremaware from Espresso Supply? Im very interested and would like to here some feedback if any!

My company bought Cremaware mugs in the summer. None of the employees have really noticed an improvement in our latte art (which could be attributed to lack of skill--none of us have mastered latte art). In addition, we have had a small problem with some of the mugs cracking and staining. However, they have experienced moderate use. We plan to call Espresso Supply and see if they will replace the cracked mugs. Overall, we love the look of the mugs, and it was the only place that we could find mugs to match our sizes. Our customers love them and we do not regret our purchase in the least.
I recently purchased 4 of the 16 oz black Cremaware cups w/ saucers... they cracked already! I don't serve many 16 oz drinks and I have had a hard time finding other ones...bummer
Maybe I should also call them if this is happening to others...
We called today. They didn't offer to replace the mugs but we took pictures and sent them to them. Maybe you should do the same, they may recall them or offer refunds.
