Hi,
Can anyone please add some definition to the third P
1. Center
2. Ahead
3 Behind
Is the Center where you start for your heart?

I have no idea what you are talking about. Kind of assuming that this has something to do with pouring latte art. Could you or someone please explain? I'm curious now.
Thanks.
How are these three items three of 'the three P's'? I'd also love to know what you're talking about. I'm imagining it's something that someone has come up with to describe the generalised 'starting points' for types of latte-art pours...?
I think this is in reference to:
1- Pour
2- Pendulum
3- Position
And the question being, what is the correct position of the pitcher spout in relation to the cup to form a heart design. I have a list of 5 P's, btw, that include Perfect milk, and Perpendicular.
I would say to hold the spour about 3/4 to 4/5 away from the far side of the cup from the pitcher, so a bit off center but a bit in from the edge. Hold steady there till the cup is full and pull through.
HI,
Sorry,
I was not very clear...LOL OK Three P's
Pace
Proximity
Position
Position being: Center, Behind, ahead.
