I have been given the opportunity to expand in the space next to my current location. I am currently operating out of a 280 sf space with seating for two inside and plenty of outdoor seating. The new space would allow me to have indoor seating.
My question is, do you see a return on the investment of space for seating? Does the ability to sit for a while attract enough new or repeat customers to justify the increased rent?
