Thermocouple package Diedrich
Has anyone had experience adding a thermocouple package to a diedtrich IR 12?

Hi! Yes, I've ordered for a client. IR12. Run Artisan on 2, BT & ET. There're Room Temp and Exhaust Temp too left unhooked.
It's nice as it is ready to use though pricey, +$500.

Not to an IR12 but IR7 same same, I have added 2 extra TC to machine, 1 for exhaust air temp and other as secondary bean temp both for Cropster addition.
