What's it like?
Growing up with Akira, Evangelion, Takashi Miike, and Melt Banana, I'm suddenly finding myself really curious about what crazy and inventive ways the Japanese have come up with representing third wave cafe culture. What's going on over there? Has the Repliee Q1Expo been programmed to pull shots yet? What are their current fads, and where is it heading? And is it, as I naively imagine, like 10 years ahead of the US coffee scene?
