I've read tips from multiple places already but I always want to see if there's more options I can try on this journey. I want to become a roaster, so I know I need to find someone that will take me under the wing. I've thought about leaving Florida to do so but I work at such an amazing coffee shop that I've been thinking maybe I should just change my approach. I've already followed many local roasters via Linked in and Twitter but I'm not sure what else I can do without annoying people who don't know me. I practically stalked my current boss and he hired me on my personality alone. Maybe I should keep doing that? Any suggestions?
