The roasting co. I work for has had a toper 12 kilo for quite some time. It was donated years ago, but has been reasonably nice due to its cast iron drum and continual low maintenance. We retrofitted it with gas controls and some computer equipment. Anyhow, when it came time to find a micro batch/sample roaster, we opted for the cafemino gas model.
Is anyone else out there using one?
What do your load temps/turn around temps look like?
