Hi! We use currently at the cafe 2 Super Jollys, doser with custom timer modification,
but the are starting to show that they are slow.
11-14 sec for 18-19 grams.
I want to change the one with something faster.
I know that the Robur is extra fast, but it is twice the price of a Major E, which is also fast.
I know that the Anfims Super Caimano are "barista famous", but I am afraid to try something that it is stepped. And the doser, that is one thing that Anfims are famous, is something I want to leave behind and move to doserless.
I do not know much about the Caimano SP 450 on demand, that I see on papers that is very fast, still stepped, and at the same price with the Robur.
I am leading towards the Major E. Half the price of a Robur, very cheap burrs and extra fast with flat-burred taste that I am used to.
Is there a chance that I will go wrong with a Major?
