We just got a Clever and V-60 in and are trying to figure out the best/most efficient way to use them in a shop setting. Just wondering what parameters other people are using for these and what it takes to realistically use them to replace standard drip coffee in your shops without frustrating customers that just want to come in, get a cup of coffee and get out. Any opinions on coffee dosage, brew time, water dosage/temp, etc. would be great, thanks...
