My shop is located in Arenal Volcano, the most visited tourist destination in Costa Rica, and it is a hot item.  Recently had a former Starbucks employee work for me for two months and it worked out great!

I am looking now for more baristas to come volunteer.  The idea is to train my shop staff and at the same time work 5 days a week, you get two days off so you can get to visit the area/country.  Included in the package are visits to my farm.

The minimum commitment we expect is two months and we pay room & board.
