I am new in  double or multiple boiler espresso machine. Just wonder, is the water inside the coffee boiler is boil by the heating element? How is the machine can keep the quality water by reboiling every time it extract out from group head and add in fresh water from pump?.

As I understood, the heat exchanger machine water heat up by the water boiler. In this situation, does it mean fresh as is not heat up by heating element.

Please advice as I interested to change to double boiler like Marcozzo or Synesso machine.
