Does anyone know of any good roasters/shops in West Texas or East NM?

The roaster I use is out of Lubbock. It's AJ Coffee Roaster. He is a great small batch roaster and he just picked up some killer single origins (Costa Rica San Luis, Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Kochere, Ehiopia Sidamo Ardi).

Our shop is in Canyon, Tx which is just south of Amarillo. We've only been open since July but we are trying to do it right. Our espresso machine (crown jewel) is a GB5, and we focus on single origins for French Press and our Clever Drippers.

Cheers

West Texas, yes.  What part?

As Patrick already mentioned, Palace Coffee Co is the real deal.  Canyon, TX
In Lubbock, you've got Sugar Brown's Coffee and Good Brews Coffee & Tea Lounge

In Snyder, there's Manhattan Coffee House.

East New Mexico, yes.  Artesia.  The Jahva House.  (seriously worth the trip)

The mentioned region is pretty huge.  Where in particular are you headed?

Thank you for all the suggestions, Jason. I will be headed to Lubbock sometime soon and wanted to see if there was anywhere I should check out.  Patrick, keep up the good work.
Let me know when you're here, if you want to meet up!  There are excellent baristas at other places, but those are the two places where the great coffee is.

Thanks jason!
