Just out of curiosity, if you have a machine at home (and it's likely that most of us do), what's your setup like? Further, what other brew methods do you use? Chemex, Press, Syphon, etc. What's your favorite coffee toy in your kitchen?

So I'll just stick with my Hario hand grinder, and french press :) nothin wrong with that! How about Favorite coffee for home?? I've been going crazy for 1,000 Faces Kenya Gaturri! yummm!!! good morning!!!
Well, we're moved into Atlanta, ready to take on my new role with team Batdorf in ATL. So, I've a new place, and a new coffee bar counter. And I'm pretty happy with it. For now. And coffee? Well, I've been loving Batdorf's Guatemala Antigua Finca El Valle.

okay i do feel a bit silly doing this but I'll share as well

as of January 2010:

At home I've got a french press, a hario hand grinder, a moka pot (which I rarely use), and an aeropress. I have a Hario V60 as well, but I generally leave it at work since I've yet to splurge on a good kettle for home use.
I drink enough espresso at work (and live only about a 10 minute walk away) that other brewing methods are nice to use at home. The aeropress sees more action than the rest of my brewers since it's a nice and quick clean cup... sediment is quite the turn off for me lately.
Expobar Office Pulser, Mazzer SJ, Hario TCA-2, Bodum Santos, Ikea FP, 2 Melitta #2 cones, Donut Dripper, Aeropress, Moka pot, Chemex, Hario Skerton (grinder), and I'm pretty certain that there is a lot that I'm leaving out.

Most used: Pulser, SJ, and the FP. Although, everything gets its turn in rotation, with the moka pot being used least.
What a show off-thread but nice one nevertheless.

My list: Brewtus III-r, Mazzer SJ, Ascaso I-mini, Hario TCA-5, Bodum Kenya, Eva Solo. Plenty of other stuff including a few milk pitchers, tamper, scale, thermometer, matches, plenty of cups and so on.

I'm waiting for Hario's V60 cone, Buono kettle and Super Caimano to arrive.
What made you decide on the Super Caimano? For the price, I'm surprised you didn't go conical. I hear it's doser is very clean sweeping so if you're using it at home that will be nice!

The doser is good (despite the annoying noise) and the grind is really fluffy. I haven't bought on the conical/flat silliness and in my opinion it's just plain nonsense to think that one was automatically better than the other. Besides the Anfim is light, so it's easy to move around. I even like the stealth bomber badass looks of it. The winning bets however were that WBC has been won at least twice with Anfims and price-wise one roastery sorted me out with an offer I couldn't turn down.

Anfim's grinding chute is annoyingly big though. It's like twice the size compared to mazzers for no obvious reasons. Because of that, there's more than enough ground coffee always stashed inside the grinder.

Roburs are nice grinders and I truly love working with them but they are not best suited for home/comp/change coffee often settings since the loss of coffee is so big. I actually worked a shift with compak's k10 wbc two weeks ago and it seemed like it could have been a good choice for a personal grinder but I still haven't seen one with timer.
