Hi Hans,
I think a good choice for you would be an Astoria Argenta Semi-Auto (AEP). Very simple design, good reliability, and easy to repair. This depends on the availability of these machines and their parts in your area, of course.
Good luck!
Brady has a good nose for these things...and he is not wrong in this instance either. CMA (who makes Astoria as well as Wega and San Marino) made their name supplying the North African market- Morocco, Algeria,Tunisia in the late 1960's and the 1970's. Many of those machines are still in use today- I reckon that is a good sign that the machines are durable and easy to keep running. We sell the San Marino here in Indonesia- which is also a very tough working environment. You should contact the sales people at CMA directly. Brady said:Hi Hans,
