I am investigating options for a Vac-pot/siphon bar. The Hario halogen would be sweet, but costs and arm, leg, and firstborn child. I also have doubts of its durability in a commercial setting.
I found a Canadian site offering a Gas Top siphon heating station, made by a company called Yamaoka I am assuming from Japan.
Has anyone seen or used this before? Can you speak to the quality and performance?
