Red Rock Coffee in Sedona begins tableside press service tuesday... First coffee will be an unwashed Ethiopian from Firecreek... Bittersweet chocolate, ripe berrries and a big body... Beautiful Sidamo.

That's an excellent story Greg! It's really sweet to have a " pro on the spro" like you working with Firecreek Coffee Beans!

on our latest cupping of the Box Car Espresso we were getting some drfinate apricot nuances, ...I'd be curious to get your assesment of the current flavor notes in the Box Car Espresso.

Attention Fire Creekers! Sedona is officially Box Car crazy... Tons of straight shots and true Macchiatos flying off the bar... Keep up the good work!!! Had an Italian woman ask for an autographed reciept because her Boxcar ristretto was " the best espresso I have had in the US."

It was great. Many great things happening in AZ coffee. People really came out of the woodwork in this one. Proud and humbled to see people really stepping up and commiting to quality. Lets shock the country and send a couple of great baristas to the USBC!

How did it go on Saturday? Sorry I couldn't make down... not enough hours in the day and such.

I'll be there on Saturday (the 10th). Planning to arrive around 3 pm.

Just a jam. We are holding back on the city vs city until well after the SWRBC. You should come down. We are having a cupping with two coffees from the same farm seeing how a crop changes from one year to the next. Should be interesting.

IS it a jam in general or a USBC style comp?

!!!! That is awesome to hear. Maybe I'll see you down here for the Barista jam on the 10th?
