We are Mott 156 Espresso Bar, a neighborhood espresso bar at the cusp of
NoLIta.   Initially, we will
be using locally roasted Stumptown coffee beans and locally sourced milk.  We will have minimal seating; most customers will order then grab n’go.  Our hours will be 7am-7pm.
We are seeking a Barista++ for.  A Barista++ is more than a barista, he or she
will be able to work under minimal supervision, work a register, order
beans and supplies, wash and cleanup, customer service and community building,
offer suggestions for improvement, and not be afraid to problem solve
most common as well as unforeseen issues of an espresso bar. 
The successful candidate will be able to pull the perfect shot
