Nick Terry is the new'ish service manager for the Clover division...866.298.7203 is the number for parts and troubleshooting. I've heard you can get parts pretty easily (goodness, they better have a mass supply of them!). They are pre-pay only, and otherwise things should be pretty available...I'm getting ready to order a new filter...we'll see...

We've still had luck getting parts direct from them. There was some parts ordering info sent to the former distributors. Let me know if you need the contact or info.

Where are people getting parts for their Clover if needed? We have one and have been lucky with no breakdowns but a customer of ours has a problem. Suggestions.

the solenoid base had a hairline crack, causing air to enter into the chamber, causing a weak vacuum. why the hell is it made out of plastic !!!

my clover is spilling over on 16oz batches.

i just changed the coffee dispense solenoid plunger and replaced all the teflon seals, rubber filter o-ring, and umbrella valves during my preventative maintenance.

Now it doesnt create enough vacuum to pass 16oz of water through the filter before the pause.

I look at another properly working clover, the 16oz of water is passed through the filter before the pause.

the filter is very clean.

anyone seen this?

Keep us posted RoasterDave! I'm very curious about the cleaning process.

Cool, thanks...when Clovernet first went down I got directions to do it...worked ok.

I think we realized that we prefer to set each coffee directly...plus as new coffees come in the staff likes to mess around with profiles and see the impact of dwell time etc. on flavor... If we move back to the telnet I might contact you!

Ryan Baughn - you can telnet into the Clover and manually create a Clovernet-style coffee list. I would be glad to help you with this if you are interested.

I don't personally own a clover, but the store owners I work for, do. We just held a Cup of Excellence party in early December, which was a great deal of fun! I really enjoyed the el Salvador on the clover. Well done winners!
