A year or so back, we hosted a Cafe Haiku event. It turned out to be really fun. There is a book out there called "Cafe Haiku" chock-full of witty, clever, and lovely coffee poetry in the ol' 5-7-5 format. Hosting an event like this can be extremely interactive because the poems are so short and easy to write that anyone can contribute. I will leave some examples soon, as I am not currently with my copy of the book. Here's one off the top of my head:

Barista Exchange
Caffeinates my beating heart
And fills me with joy.

Cheesy and delightful, just like a good haiku ought to be (the Japanese would probably disagree)...
