I think it would be great to start connecting the greater depth of baristas and their talents beyond the cup. This community we are a part of inspires many people to express themselves in many unique ways. For example I love writing music, Justin Tiesel is a painter, Chris Baca is a fingerpainter, the list goes on and on.
