I am more than glad to have found this corner for coffee in the kitchen.

Marcus Samuelsson was born in Ethiopia, became an orphan and was then adopted by a swedish family. He went on to be the co-owner and Chef of Aquavit in New York and was invited as a guest Chef at the White House a couple of months ago.
The reason I have been following a bit what he does is because I know he has done a few things with coffee as a spice.
