The course is 7 days long, from Sunday to Saturday, and is totally hands on, you pick and mill your own coffee.

Hello everybody, I am not in the coffee business but the wife and I make and drink enough coffee and esoresso you would think I was running a full blown coffee shop. I would to hang out with all you and maybe pic up some tips.
