I've found that the Kroger brand (whatever main brand they stick their logo on) soy Original to taste best steamed and by itself. It's not as sweet as most soy, unless it's steamed of course.

It's funny to get a comment on this cause I sort of gave up on the whole alt-milk idea, after I couldn't find anything that tasted good in an espresso drink. So I drink my coffee black. And I drink a lot less coffee, except in my job, which requires that I taste a whole lot. Sorry I can't be more helpful!
