Selling the love of my life for just the assets it contains. Has been in location for 10yrs and I am not resigning the lease come the end of May. It has nothing to do with the Starbuck's that was opened near by because we saw sales increase when they opened for business. It has to do with a lack of attention by myself and it operating for three years without a manager. All of the equipment has been up kept and modified with the latest technology. In an area of mediocre coffee it represents the best execution of the coffee product that I have ever seen.
