We are in a local mall and struggling every day. Wondering if anyone has any success stories for mall locations? Looking to find ways to get the mall traffic to buy a latte instead of just regular coffees. Sampling is not looking like the answer, but maybe we are going about it wrong. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
