Hey Todd, I am sure you are going to get a lot of takers for this one. I cant think of many more pleasant jobs than working in a cafe in Suffolk. Nice. Part of my family originally came out to NZ from Aberystwyth in Wales. I know about the only thing this part of Wales and Suffolk share in common, is they are both close to the Sea! You should post on the Kiwi Backpackers Board- a lot of us do our OE after Varsity in the UK- many have good, solid, kiwi cafe experience and Suffolk, being close enough to London to be convenient, yet not manic, would be an excellent place to live and work. Hi there thanks for gettting in touch, the sea is about an hour from us, and in a dryer climate than Wales!
Good idea about the KIWI board do you have a link for that?
