I just can't seem to separate business and the social nature of Coffee. Probably the main reason I love this so much. I can't tell you how many times I have been in a coffee shop and learned something new about coffee the business of or otherwise.

I can't begin to tell you how much I have learned from the barista side of our counter. Some business, some fun.

It's been a hard 1st year for our small start up company especially in the ecconomy of today. Making it all that more important to share words of wisdom and those occasional gems of joy that happen to us along the way. As of now I'm a group of one but I know all of you have special moments or quotes to share. Feel free.
