Hi Joachim
Thank you for your help.Appreciated.So what about from your experience for growing coffee?
Hi Ray,
Not sure what you mean when saying 'pest'. If you mean the coffee berry borer destroying the coffee beans, check this video out:
http://www.youtube.com/user/KonaCoffeeFarmers
Regarding 'wet processing' just search youttube.com and you will see many video clips of small & large setups. It depends much of the quantity of coffee cherries you intend to process. Simple primitive methods to expensive big machinery can be found around the world.
If you have a specific problem best to describe it in detail.
Greetings

Hi, my farm is in the Providencia mountains of the Dota county, in the Tarrazu coffee region of Costa Rica. We are at a solid 6,000 feet of altitude.
I have 13 acres in production and 17 acres that will start producing in 2013. The new farm is half Caturra and half Villalobos.
All the coffee we produce is sold roasted and packaged under our own brand, Down to Earth.
